• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

 

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

• Estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout and may vary depending on your region.

• We currently ship within the United States. [If you plan to expand to international shipping later, this can be updated.]

 

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

 

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

• Born On Purpose Clothing Company is not liable for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please first check with neighbors, your household, or your local post office.

• Born On Purpose Clothing Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@bornonpurposeproject.org within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
